Inquiry into Language:
Today as a class we reviewed what had happened in chapter one of our novel Song Lee in 2B. Students then completed their comprehension questions. Students were reminded to write in full sentences. Students were asked to check our sentence writing success that we came up with during one of our previous lessons.
We then read chapter two of the novel as a class.
Math:
Today students wrote their pre-assessment for our new data management unit. Tomorrow students will learn how to sort shapes and objects with two attributes.
Inquiry into Citizenship:
We used this time to get ready for international day. Some students shared their information that they they had brought in and students will continue to practice presenting tomorrow. Students also started putting their information on our board.
