Today we started to talk about persuasive advertising. We said that persuasive advertising was trying to get someone to buy something. We talked about what language we could use to encourage people to buy the product we are selling. Students then learned how to lay out information on a poster.

Math:
Today students learned about temperature. They learned that temperature below zero is very cold and is represented with a subtraction symbol beside the number. Ex:-3 We also said that the bigger the negative number gets the colder it is. Students learned that if the number is positive so there is nothing in front of it that means that the temperature is above freezing. The smaller the number is the colder it is and the bigger the number is the warmer it is. We did some examples together students then completed their workbooks.
House Game:
Students continued to build their Leprechaun traps.Students who had finished practiced presenting for tomorrow.
