French:
During this time we did our Spelling Bee. Congratulations to all the grade two's everybody did very well. The top six students that will be going through to the next round on Monday are, Keshav, Shanmukh, David, Jasper, Arjun, and Omar.
Math:
Today we started a new unit on measurement. We reviewed which hand was the minute hand and which one was the hour hand. We also went over how many minutes were in 1 hour and that each number on the clock goes up by 5 minutes. Students then practiced reading an analogue and writing the time down in different ways.
Music:
Mrs. McMillan was sick today but we still took some time to practice for Art's night.
Everyone had a great time at the dance party today.
