Today students completed their pg. 138-140 in their spelling work books.
Math:
Today we continued to work on finding the Area of different shapes. Today we used two steps to count how many squares there were inside the shape. We first counted how many full squares there were then we counted how many half squares there were. We learned that 2 half squares make a whole so we added the halves together. We then added both totals together to get the total Area.
